I’m Holding Space For You
First and foremost: I am a person with diagnosed CPTSD (Complex-PTSD) who has gone through the three ring circus of trying to feel better.
I know what it feels like to open up to someone new. Will they understand? Will they care? Will they “get it”?
What I practice is holding space and creating a safe bubble for you. There are no expectations or agenda.
I know I need to gain your trust, and that is something I take very seriously. I want to get to know you and your story.
The first session is the beginning of not only trusting me, but more importantly trusting yourself.
